David Delancey
David The Home Town Tile Guy is best known for his beautiful tile installations on the hit TV show, Home Town, by Erin and Ben Napier. David made his first appearance on the show in Season 4, episode 14. Home Town showcases Ben and Erin’s revitalization of historic homes in their small town of Laurel, Mississippi.

David’s History
David was born in Columbia, Mississippi and moved with his family to Laurel when he was 16. He began working in flooring while still in high school. He is considered an expert in carpet, floor, and tile installation, with over 40 years of experience. And when not filming Home Town, he does installations for residential and commercial clients.
His first marriage was from 1981 to 1986. He and Cyndie Lepori have been married since 2017. He has 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
When He’s Not Filming the Show
He and his wife Cyndie recycle his left over tile into beautiful products including trays, wind chimes, paintings, necklaces,and other products. He makes public appearances at local festivals and other engagements. His products are sold at Southern Sisters in Laurel, MS if you want to see them in person.
